Refund & Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation: You may cancel your appointment without penalty, provided you notify us at least two hours before your scheduled time slot.
Diagnostic Fee: Once a technician arrives at your property, the initial call-out and diagnostic fee becomes non-refundable.
Service Guarantee: If a repair fails within our warranty period due to a verified technician error, we will fix the issue at no additional charge.
